Does this go directly into the ear canal?

No.

Fresh Ears™ is intended for the inner ear flap and outer ear surfaces. Avoid intentionally placing powder deep into the ear canal.

How often should I use it? 

Frequency varies by dog. Many pet owners use Fresh Ears™ 2-3x a week and after ear cleanings, swimming, bathing, or anytime moisture and odor become noticeable.

Can I use this on puppies?

Yes. Consult your veterinarian before using any new product on puppies or dogs with existing ear conditions.

What if my dog has an active ear infection?

Fresh Ears™ is intended for routine ear maintenance and odor control. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Dogs showing signs of infection should be evaluated by a veterinarian.
